I bought a house with an incorrectly built septic system, installed into compacted soil with no DHEC permits. It didn’t work for nothing, always backing up. I had some big name guys come out and suggest more drainage lines for a huge price. Kevin came out and let me know more lines won’t solve anything, I need a new drain field going into un-compacted soil. After a few days of work, the problem was solved and he charged less than those other guys for twice the work. 3 years later, never a bad day with my septic system! PS…they build fences and decks in their spare time, great work!

We bought a house with a septic system they was built into compacted soil with no DHEC permits. Needless to say it didn’t work. I got some really high quotes to add drain lines, then Seay Septic said “you need drain lines heading away from the compacted soil”. Not only did this completely solved all of our septic backups, but Seay Septic charged much less while doing much more than the others offered. Oh, and bonus coverage, they do much more than septic, they built me a new fence and even re-did my deck, replacing the old rotted wood floor with new Trex composite flooring. Highly recommended! Since it’s hard to take pictures of a buried drain field, here is the other work.
